Jennifer Ash is a dedicated education policy researcher with expertise in rural education, college and career pathways, and data-driven school improvement. She has worked at leading education research organizations including Harvard's Center for Education Policy Research, where she directed the National Center for Rural Education Research Networks, Abt Global, and the Office for Education Policy at the University of Arkansas.

Jennifer's commitment to rural education stems from a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing these communities, and her dedication to ensuring all students have access to high-quality educational experiences regardless of their zip code. She holds a Ph.D. in education policy from the University of Arkansas and began her career as a middle school Language Arts teacher in Miami-Dade Public Schools.
